Full Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your adventure starts at 8:00 am with a hotel pickup in Arusha. Enjoy a scenic three-hour drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive, immersing yourself in its rich wildlife and stunning landscapes. Later, unwind to the Camp with a delightful dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park, located 115km from Arusha and spanning 2800 square kilometers, is famed for its abundant wildlife, especially its large elephant population. The Tarangire River sustains a diverse array of animals, while its iconic baobab trees and the unique sight of climbing trees pythons add to its charm. Get ready to encounter lions, leopards, and a variety of other fascinating creatures during your visit.

Day 2: Mto wa mbu to Serengeti National Park

After enjoying breakfast, we’ll commence our journey towards the renowned Serengeti National Park, traversing the picturesque high-lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As we bid farewell to the highlands, we’ll descend into the heart of wild Africa, where the expansive plains of the Serengeti sprawl endlessly into the horizon.
Our ultimate destination is the central park area, affectionately known as the Seronera area, revered for its exceptional biodiversity and rich wildlife population. Here, the Seronera River acts as a lifeline, attracting a diverse range of wildlife species characteristic of the Serengeti’s thriving ecosystem. Upon arrival, we’ll indulge in a sumptuous lunch before embarking on an exhilarating afternoon game drive, offering us the chance to immerse ourselves in the natural wonders of the Serengeti National Park.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Highland

You will rise early at 5:45 am to enjoy a picturesque sunrise within the Serengeti. Following breakfast, you’ll embark on an invigorating early morning game drive, lasting until approximately 11:30 am. Upon returning to the campsite, a delicious hot lunch will be awaiting you. Following lunch, you’ll pack your belongings into the jeep.

Afterward, following your satisfying meal, you’ll continue your exploration with another game drive through the Serengeti as we make our way to Ngorongoro Crater. Our destination is Migombani Campsite, where a delightful dinner and overnight accommodations await.

Day 4 Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you’ll journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, witnessing a transition from forested slopes to expansive savannahs with scattered acacia trees. Here, you’ll encounter the iconic Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—alongside a variety of other wildlife like warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and hyenas.
Following an exciting morning of game viewing and a picnic lunch, you’ll say goodbye to the crater and head to Migombani for the night.

The Ngorongoro Crater, formed over 2 to 3 million years ago from a massive volcano eruption, holds the title of the world’s largest volcanic caldera. Spanning 304 square kilometers with a depth of 600 meters and a diameter of 20 kilometers, its remarkable geological features have shaped a unique ecosystem.

Day 5 Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

On this day, we will guide you to the enchanting realm of primates and aquatic avian species. Lake Manyara National Park presents awe-inspiring panoramas and diverse habitats, including acacia woodlands and subterranean water forests. Despite its compact size, the park sustains a remarkable array of animal species and boasts extraordinary birdlife.

Noteworthy inhabitants include a thriving population of baboons, giraffes, elephants, and impalas, with lions renowned for their adeptness at climbing trees. Following a memorable game viewing experience at Lake Manyara National Park, we’ll embark on our return journey to Arusha in the evening.
